Seasonal rates (higher rates) apply in 2008 from June 13th to September 1st. Seasonal rates are also in effect weekends in September and October. The lower rates are in effect at any other time of the year.

Policies

Check-in Time 3:00 PM (occasionally earlier and late arrivals allowed)

Check-Out time 11:00 AM (no later)

All reservations are held upon receipt of either a one night's stay or a 50% deposit of the total reservation on stays over one night.

Cancellations received two weeks before the reserve date will be refunded less a $25 service fee. Cancellations within two weeks of reserved date will be charged 50% of total reservation cost. If vacancy is subsequently filled, you will only be charged the $25 service fee.

Unfortunately we cannot accept pets or smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is allowed.

The swimming pool is a "Swim at your Own Risk" posted environment. There is no lifeguard on duty and safety around the water is your responsibility. The outdoor jacuzzi is open all winter.
